Allen began selling real estate in 1988 after a career as an aerospace engineer for Rockwell International Corporation and Hughes Aircraft Company. He moved into real estate profession because he has a passion for working with people, negotiating creative solutions and solving problems. Allen has been residing in the Northwest since 1996, selling real estate full time and joined Windermere Real Estate as an Associate Broker in 2006 with experience in residential sales and marketing, property development, property management, multi-unit sales and small commercial sales.
